Integrated Constellations
They make you believe in a higher power without a doubt. Energy is real, and what transpires can be nothing short of life altering.
Held with care. Held with experience.
Two ways to constellate
Whether you crave the intimacy of a circle in person, or the wider reach of an online sisterhood — both spaces are held with the same care.
Smaller, more intimate group constellations in my studio in Leutershausen, Bavaria. Held in German. Perfect for those who want to feel the room, the breath, the held silence.
Online constellations with my beautiful English sisterhood — nine trained women, holding seamless space together. A wider circle, more anonymity, the same depth.
The constellations we hold are different to the usual family constellations. We work with intentions and younger parts, or even just unnamed energies — whatever is relevant for you in that moment.
You can constellate almost anything: a stuck situation, a question, a longing, a body sensation, an inner conflict. The point is to get a clearer view of what’s actually going on, and to bring movement into areas that have felt frozen.
Energy is real. What shows up in a constellation can be nothing short of life altering.

What can be constellated
We are nine women trained in ‘Integrated Constellations’ by Dr. Gulara Vincent. We meet regularly online to do constellations for ourselves — and decided to offer our services to the public.
We come from very different backgrounds: from birth doula to death doula, from yoga teacher to accountant. But we are united in our love for this healing work.
Through the Constellation Collective we offer a safe space with experienced practitioners. We all know how to hold and lead safely through a process. We all are familiar with the energy. We work seamlessly. I love this group of women deeply and trust all of them with my life — and it is my greatest joy to work with them, and together, to dive into whatever wants to show up and needs attention.
A note on safety
There can be a bit of uncertainty in who turns up for constellations and is willing to represent parts — and whether those participants are trustworthy. Sometimes you don’t want people in your vicinity to know your deepest longings, and that can hold you back from local gatherings.
Through the Collective, you receive that safety: a circle of practitioners who know how to hold space, who are familiar with the energy, and who treat what they witness with reverence.
Soft questions
Whether you crave the intimacy of a circle in person, or the wider reach of an online sisterhood — both spaces are held with the same care.
